Roz Finney has always had a passion for clothing and hats! After being downsized from a Fortune 500 employer, her faith never wavered. So when He directed her to pursue her passion, she started Beautiful Dimension and became a buyer of women's clothing. This required extensive travel throughout the Northeast corridor for her clients. 

Although her business grew quickly and was successful, she rediscovered her love of hats and in 1999, Chic Chapeaux Designer Hats was born. Her diverse hat designers create th unique and stylish hates that provide satisfaction to her clients. Roz has established an extensive network of clientele throughout the New York, New Jersey, Connecticut area.

Roz is a trusted vendor and partner. Women's organizations, sororities, civic and professional organizations, and churches are quick to invite  Chic Chapeaux to their events. In 1989, Chic Chapeaux was awarded the Enterprising Woman Award by the National Association of Professional Women's Club, Inc.

In 2017, we hosted our first Kentucky Derby Hat Show and Dinner. The event showcased an array of hats and fascinators for all events and seasons.
